Background

Raffaella Di Iorio is a Senior Policy Officer at the Autonomous Province of Trento, the governing body of the autonomous province of Trento in the northern part of Italy. She has a degree in Literature and a Master’s degree in European Public Administration.

She has multi-annual experience in international cooperation and in the writing and management of national and European projects, in particular in the fields of education and scientific research.

As Seconded National Expert at the European Commission, Directorate General Research and Innovation she also gained experience in scientific culture and gender issues.

Currently she is responsible for European initiatives as well as outreach and public engagement activities at the Department of Economics, Research and Labour of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
